One of the days in Austria, my mom wanted to visit an old friend. And so that we did. We ended up going Wake boarding on the Donau River. I'm terrified of water with things in it and of crashing into water so that went... well. I actually made it into the water a few times but the only picture my mother managed to get was of me crashing -.- So here's a few from that and of her friends place. I have to admit, despite having failed miserably, it was a bunch of fun.

Czech Republic
During are stay in Austria, a friend of my moms wanted to drive up to Czech Republic with his 2 1/2 y/o son. We decided to tag along :) I'm not certain where we were but it was about a 20min car ride across the boarder. First, we went to a camp ground where we rented a boat and went swimming in a lake. Then, we went to a small town and looked at a beautiful castle and the surrounding gardens. It was a really nice trip and things are seriously cheap there!

Austria... Part 1
I finally made it to Gold Coast, Australia! Well, yesterday anyway. Philadelphia was nice, it was great seeing my friends and having my own room again but after having been in Europe, I realized that there really is a huge difference between the USA and there. It's nothing bad... just different and I prefer Europe. The flight to Australia was a bit more exciting the usual since I flew 100% on my own... so without the unattended minor help thingy. It went REALLY smooth. I left from Philly international, landed at O'Hare in Chicago, flew to LAX and then arrived in at the Brisbane airport. Everything was on time and in the same terminal so no extra security checks :D All my stuff came and customs went smooth. My dad picked me up and we went to a friends for breakfast, went home (so I could shower and unpack) and then went kayaking in the Gold Coast Canals. It was beautiful except for my newish fear of sharks... which my dad reinforced >.< I haven't been here long enough to get any pictures but I still have a bunch from Austria. I decided to arrange them in categories so I'll have a new post with each set. This one is mainly places I grew up... so childhood memories.

Long time no post.
I just got back to Philly from Austria. I wasn't able to get any posts or pics up since I didn't have any internet so I'll get on that as soon as possible. Austria was amazing. I saw family and friends, ate great food, saw some great sites, went rock climbing and a ton of other great stuff. I'll get into more detail with each set of pictures (Going to try to post about something everyday until all the pics are uploaded). On Tuesday I'm flying to Gold Coast, Australia so there'll be a little break again but hopefully only a day or two. Until I get upload everything to my computer and sort through the pics, enjoy a stop motion video (?) I don't know what it would be called, it's a bunch of pics made into a video, of a plane flying over London.
