Paris Part 2

The second day in Paris we spent getting a tour of Notre Dame.

The story of this plack is that it is located on a street that is only for religious males. A man that lived there had a really smart niece and wanted her to study there. She was a teenager so he didn't want her to go to school with all the boys and decided to get her a private tutor... a 40 year old priest. The girl and the priest fell in love and secretly got married. It wasn't an issue until she got pregnant. The Uncle found out and sent her to be a nun and made sure the priest couldn't get anyone else pregnant. They still wrote letters and once they died, they were buried together where the plack is.

I finally have internet connection! So Here is the first set of pictures from Paris :) They are from the Eifel Tower and a Triumph statue thing (don't know what it's called in English). I'm in Austria now and it's been amazing. I'm so happy that I'm home and with my family but I have to give up internet in exchange... yay for living in tiny villages run by people who don't know what computers are! It's not that bad but I don't know when I'll be able to upload the rest of the pics. Staying at my uncles at the moment so probably tomorrow I'll at least get the rest of the Paris pics up.
